If you are not satisfied with one of the eligible programs listed below, then:

• For classes, contact us any time up to within one year of your last class session to repeat your program once for free (including enrollment in a course schedule and extension of your Online Student Dashboard access) or simply to extend your Online Student Dashboard access one time for free. While you have one year to contact us in order to allow time for you to consider the results of relevant applications, you must also begin your free course or extension no later than within one year of your last class session.

• For Self-Paced programs, contact us within 60 days of the termination of your Online Student Dashboard access to extend your access one time for free.

The program must be in the same test type as what you originally enrolled in and of an equal or lesser value.*

You can only use our guarantees once per paid purchase. For example, if you choose to repeat the program under our satisfaction guarantee, you will no longer be eligible for the better scores guarantee. Additionally, once you have used your satisfaction guarantee, you are not eligible for the better scores guarantee on any future program for the identical test, even if that additional program is a paid purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee Eligible Programs:

*MCAT Summer Immersion students (in person programs) may only continue preparing for free through one of the other MCAT programs listed above as a Satisfaction Guarantee Eligible Program. A repeat of the in person MCAT Summer Immersion program will require payment of additional tuition.

If you can repeat your program, new materials will not be provided with your repeat program. If you would like new materials, the new materials fees are below.
